Do I need any technical experience?
Familiarity with OpenClaw helps — this service is built for people who already know what it is. You don’t need to know Linux or how to manage a server. If you can send a Telegram message, you can use your agent.
What version of OpenClaw does IronCrab run?
We run the latest stable OpenClaw release. Your instance is kept up to date automatically.
What API keys do I need?
You’ll need an Anthropic API key (for Claude) and optionally a Brave Search API key for web search. Both are free to obtain. We send you step-by-step instructions after purchase.
Can I install skills from ClawHub?
Yes. Your hosted instance supports ClawHub skills. Install them the same way you would on a local instance — just ask your agent to install a skill and it handles the rest.
Do I get SSH access to the server?
No. IronCrab is a managed hosting service — your agent lives on our infrastructure. Your interface is Telegram. If you need full server access, you’ll want to self-host OpenClaw instead.
How do I cancel?
Log into your Whop account and cancel with one click. No calls, no emails required. Your agent will be deprovisioned at the end of your billing period.
